‘Tamada’ translates as ‘toastmaster’ in Georgian and sums up the type of atmosphere singer-songwriter Lasha Chapel is able to conjure up with just a swirl of his glass. After spending a number of years in Berlin Lasha has returned to his hometown of Tbilis, Georgiai to reconnect with his roots and present new works - fusing old and new world tradition for something completely unique.
