Refreshed tones with Heartwerk’s ‘Man Made Mistakes’

FULL RELEASE INFO: http://future-everything.com/releases/ftrvrythng-vol-4 Our fourth annual compilation, FTRVRYTHNG Vol. 4. features 26 tracks from artists all over the world of all genres. There's some familiar names on this one, along with some brand new artists to the label such as Night Park, HeartWerk, Uncle Gnarly, Mark O'Brien, Nico, Erlee, Midist, 1981.US and Young Muscle.

Producing from within the electronic music scene of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Hertwerk has been working with the Audiophile Deep label to create old school charged tracks which claim a place in the modern EDM world. We heard from him back in October, when the artist was presenting ‘Fresh’; an EP built around dark shades of Acid House which took a bite out of synth.

Taking no breaks, Heartwerk is staying awake through the winter. This December he provided Juicy Traxxx with ‘Optical’, a grim new techno track for their 2nd annual VA which features 13 other producers.

Heartwerk’s most recent release is also part of a larger project, with an inclusion on the 4th instalment of Future Everything‘s yearly compilation. A total of 26 artists have come together to collaborate with the label, which looks through progressive music worldwide.

In the company of contributions from artists such as Night Park and Mark O’Brien, Heartwerk’s song ‘Man Made Mistakes’ stands out both slow-burn and intriguing. There’s a lighter vibe here than in previous work, and more energy in the bass line. Of the numerous samples carefully planted within Man Made Mistakes, it’s the Saxophone from featured artist Uncle Gnarly that nails down this more laid back, downtempo song.
