Welcome the rainy season with an evening of live painting, art and chill out music.

In Japanese, the wet season is called Tsuyuu, which also signals the ripening of plum fruits during this time of the year. The upcoming event ❝Story of Rain❞ brings together 2 unique visual artists set to draw inspiration from the season and share stories through each brushstroke.

Come by Shimokitazawa or catch the live stream here on IG: @ADSRcollective (18:00-22:00 JST-Japan Standard Time)

We are very happy to host a true OG from the Korean beat scene: Simo! The man has been a fixture in the Seoul hip hop community for a minute now, and after hearing his cracking beats it's easy to see why. Previously one half of the hip hop production duo 'Simo and Mood Schula' who won the 2012 KMA (Korean Music Award) Best Hip Hop/ Rap Album award, Simo has taken his studio and musical experience in a new direction with fresh beats and collaborations for 2018. Simo has released on Universal Music Korea, Amoeba Culture and Darker than Wax.

Expect an extended set of old classics, collaborations and some fresh material from his upcoming EP!

New release from Vancouver's Datataste

Our friends 'datataste' have just released a new album, check it out over on their bandcamp!

"Sigil Tree" represents a sigilization of sound. The source material, largely found buried in an old hard drive and in project files, had been forgotten several times over before being assembled, deeply augmented, and performed for these recordings.
